The folks at Mobile-Review takes a look at the Nokia C6. The Nokia C6 positions itself significantly higher in the hierarchy of devices, sporting a 16:9 3.2″ touchscreen and slide-out QWERTY. Other hardware goodies that have found their way onto the C6’s body include a 5MP camera with flash and autofocus, Wi-Fi, GPS and 3.5mm jack. It is, of course, powered by Symbian^1 (S60), so nothing new under the sun here. Not surprisingly, users will have access to a plethora of Ovi services, including Store, Music, Chat and Mail.

Nokia’s new portfolio introduces the C6.  The C6 combines Nokia’s most famous smartphone platform Symbian with a 3.2inch touch screen and full slide-out qwerty keyboard, giving you dual-versatility in one package. ‘Staying close has never been so easy as when your apart’.  Follow the break for specifications and images. Updates on your homescreen appear instantly in chat and social accounts, enabling you to respond instantly.  The C6 offers a customisable homescreen for you to combine those applications of most necessity with room on your homescreen for up to 8 contacts.   “What matters most in life is close friendship”.  With a five megapixel camera incorporating autofocus and flash, you are able to catch all the action, whenever and wherever the opportunity arises.  The C6 has support for up to 16GB of additional storage on a memorycard and FM stereo radio. The C6 offers free walk and drive navigation from Ovi maps.  The C6 gives you access to the Ovi Store with thousands of games, videos and web services available.  The C6 is available in the second quarter of 2010 with an estimated price of EUR220 before taxes and subsidies.
