Ovi Calendar 1.6 updates the Calendar web experience to help you manage your calendars, notes and to-do items more effectively and coordinate more easily with those close to you – helping you make the most out of your time.
To start using the Ovi Calendar 1.6 Beta, visit organiser.ovi.com and sign in with your Nokia Account. If you are a current Ovi Calendar user, your existing Ovi Calendar data will be imported for you to use in Ovi Calendar 1.6 Beta. Please note, though, that if you make changes with Ovi Calendar 1.6 Beta, you will be changing this data.

Key Features:

Create and edit multiple calendars on the Calendar website to more naturally organize the different aspects of your life (e.g. Family, Friends, Work)
Create and edit notes and to-do items and associate them with calendars or group them into new categories you create

Device Support:

The Ovi Calendar 1.6 release has been designed to update the Calendar web experience. The ability to sync multiple calendars from the Ovi Calendar website to your device’s calendar application will be supported on upcoming Nokia devices, such as the new N8.

More than 100 devices are supported, 60+ of them Symbian
Prominent touch devices in the top downloading countries are N97, N97 Mini, 5800 XpressMusic, 5530 XpressMusic and X6. Other prominent devices include the E66, E71 and E72.
The Nokia N900 has been in the top 10 performing devices in 3 of the top 10 most active countries for the last several weeks

NOKIA E71 AND E66 GETS FREE NAVIGATION - NOKIA OVI MAPS

The latest Ovi Maps with free walk and drive navigation is now available for Nokia E71 and Nokia E66. Download it now for your Nokia GPS phone at nokia.com/maps.

Free walk and drive navigation has been available on a range of devices such as the Nokia E72, Nokia N97 mini and X6 since January and recently, as some of you discovered, also on the Nokia N86 8MP.
After listening to your overwhelmingly positive feedback and feeling your love for your favourite mobile phone, we have now created a custom version that works on Nokia E71 and Nokia E66.
However, because of technical constraints, it isn’t possible to offer premium content such as Michelin and Lonely Planet guides on these devices. Although these two devices will also be the last of our S60 3.1 and older devices to sport this version of Ovi Maps, all upcoming Nokia GPS phones will get free walk and drive navigation.

OVI MAPS OFFLINE ON A HELICOPTER

Joe is passionate about cartography and flying. He took a helicopter tour of Berlin and tracked the helicopters GPS position with Ovi Maps on his Nokia N97 in offline mode. Before getting on the helicopter he used Nokia Map Loader to preload the map of Berlin and Brandenburg on his phone.

NOKIA OVI CONTACTS V 1.5 - UPDATED

Ovi Contacts for S60 5th Edition devices have been updated to v1.5, and it includes the following improvements:

Pop-up note for incoming chat messages
Additional file types for file sharing: contact card & presentation
